About the Blogger

Raised in a small nondenominational church in New Hampshire, I felt called to serve God in full-time ministry. I went to Bible college for youth ministry and served as a youth pastor for 6 years at my home church in NH. During that time I was introduced to Namibia and helped lead many short-term mission teams there. In 2008, I decided to live there for a year to explore if this was something I should do full-time. Feeling the need and the call to use my youth ministry giftings in Namibia, I furthered my education at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. After graduating, I partnered with SIM to be sent to Namibia to mentor and train Namibian youth workers. Since 2014 I have been working with Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary (NETS) teaching Youth Ministry courses in the residential program as well as non-academic trainings with local churches. This is just the short story, but you can read the longer version of my story here.
